Bahan:
Kulit pangsit
500 gr ikan tenggiri
200 gr udang
3 siung bwg putih
irisan bwg prei
irisan daun seledri
garam
merica
Pelengkap:
Kentang
Telur
Tahu
Sambal kacang (kebetulan pake yang jadi, lain kli di post deh resepnya) hehehe...
Cara membuat:
Masukkan ikan tenggiri, udang dan bwg putih dalam blender. Haluskan. Tambahkan garam, merica, bwg prei dan daun seledri. Campur, aduk rata.
Isikan ke dalam kulit pangsit (sesuai selera). Bisa juga diisikan kedalam tahu (tapi tahu harus dikukus terlebih dahulu).
Kukus pangsit dan tahu yang sudah diisi (bisa juga di goreng).
Sajikan dengan kentang dan telur rebus dan sambal kacang.

Ingredients:
Wonton pastry
500 gr spanish / king mackerel
200 gr prawn
3 cloves garlic
20 gr sliced green onion
10 gr sliced pasrley
salt
pepper
Condiments:
Boiled potato
Hard boiled egg
Steamed tofu
Peanut / satay sauce
How to:
-Put prawn, mackerel, garlic salt and pepper in a food processor and blitz until mixed and smooth.
-Move the mixed into a bowl.
-Add parsley and green onion, and mixed all together.
-Take 1 wonton pastry, put a small amount of the fish mixture in the middle and take all the edges to the middle (it doesn't have to be closed its fine)
-In a preheat steamer, put everything in it, and steam for 10 to 15 minutes.
-Put all the condiments on a plate, and pour the sauce on top.
