Happy Annniversary!!!

Happy anniversary to me and my husband!!! ^^
The last 2 years, many things happened. Sad, happy, exciting moments, but I'm sure many more things will happen more in the future.

I know I know this is unrelated to what I've posted before. But I just want to share this joy feeling I have right now. While my beloved ones (husband and daughter) still sleeping peacefully, I'm here writing this down to let you know what I feel right now :)

My husband is the best husband in the world, he always want to see me happy no matter what. And thing he hates the most is to see me cry. You see? How many guys like that in the world? Not many! So I'm definitely very lucky ^^

Last year we did't get to celebrate our 1st anniversary, so this year, I made a special cake for our day. Its very rich chocolate mousse covered in fondant and decorated with lots and lots of sugar flowers (I almost got sick from sugar so I ate lots and lots of chili sauce with everything I eat, make sense?!)

Well, anyway, it turned out like I wanted. So we ate it last night, for our special dinner. We ate it with mixed berries. The berries just make the taste complete. And since yesterday was mid summer here in Sweden, so I decided to do a "mid summer theme" cake. Voila! Flowery cake! Visit my flickr to see more pictures of the cake.

Hope you have a nice weekend with your family and friend.

Happy sunday!

Double Choco Treats

This treat is super duper easy to make, you can even take your little one to be involved in the making. Basically its the same thing like rice krispies treats. And I can't tell you which one better, because I love love both of them.

To make this you'll need:

200 g any chocolate cereal (I use koko krunch)
300 g any chocolate you want ( I use dark chocolate)
50 g toasted almonds
Sprinkles

How to:
-Melt chocolate in microwave or in a double pot
-Pour cereals and almonds in the chocolate
-Scoop into the size you want
-Pour sprinkles on them while they still a bit wet
-Put in the fridge for around 10 to 15 minutes
-Enjoy
See, very easy right?
And its good for afternoon or evening snacks (or whenever snack too :p)
